Granola

250g Oats
45g Pumpkin seeds
45g Sunflower seeds
75g Pecans /hazelnuts/cashews 
15g Flaked almonds
30g Whole skin on almonds
45g Dessicated coconut 
75g Dried cranberries or other dried fruit 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
15ml Sunflower oil
60ml maple syrup or honey 
1 beaten egg white (optional) 

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add oil and syrup and mix into other ingredients with your hand to fully coat
Add egg white if using. This makes the Granola clump
Spread on a large baking sheet and cook for 15 mins 170C. Turn every 5 mins
Cool and store in a jar
