Cous cous for Bill

Per person:
75 to 100ml dry cous cous
75 to 100ml boiling water

Put the boiling water in a pan
Dissolve a bit of stock cube in the water and melt in a blob of butter
Add any flavourings eg herbs/ pepper and other bits eg chopped dried apricots or flaked almonds
Stir in the cous cous and put on the lid
Leave for 5 mins and fluff up with a fork. Add a bit of butter if wanted. Sprinkle on chopped coriander

If you want to add veg fry first in oil before  and add after the cous cous
