Banana cake

140g butter, softene
140g caster sugar 
140g SR flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas, mashed

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour with making powder. Fold in the mashed banana. Put into a lined 27cmx18cm tin and bake ar 180C for 30 to 40mins. 
Can also be baked in a loaf tin for 50mins

Additions
100g plain chocolate chunks. Coat in a little of the flour to stop it sinking. Decorate top with melted chocolate drizzle
50g chopped toasted hazelnuts
